Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Cancellation of an order must be made within the same day an order is placed. Cancellation requests need to be made via the contact form. Click HERE to contact us for a request. Please make sure to include the name the order is under, along with your order number upon placing your request.

So long as a request is made the day the order was placed, cancellation is gauranteed. Any orders with cancellation requests made past the date an order was placed ARE NOT gauranteed to be cancelled.

Seva Create Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued in the even that your item arrives damaged or defective. To submit a request, please email seva.photographs@gmail.com. In the email, please include the name the order is under, along with your order number, and photos of the item’s condition.

PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ITEM. Any requests made past 7 days of receiving your package will not be refunded.
